£1 Million School build completed 26-08-2014
Art Contracts Limited has completed the contract to build a new single storey front block to provide PMLD resource base, nursery, hygiene rooms, parents room and office; together with circulation space and toilets. Mandeville School, Ealing, is a school for pupils with severe learning difficulties and who may have additional physical, medical and/or sensory disabilities or autism. The pupils come from a wide variety of cultural and social backgrounds. London Borough of Ealing and EC Harris awarded the contract to Art Contracts Limited even though we were not the lowest tenderer, but based upon an overall price and quality score.
