We are delighted to be able to report that our company has been awarded a place on the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust preferred list of contractors for construction minor works. Art Contracts Limited has successfully negotiated the stringent vetting process which consisted of Prequalification and interview stages. The preferred contractors list provides the opportunity to tender for works up to a value of £500,000 from the Capital Investment Plan which has an annual budget circa £25 Million.
In addition to the above, we have also secured the contract to provide flat to pitched roofing services to Block F of Kidderminster Hospital.
