Project Complexities
- Traffic and pedestrian access had to be carefully planned to facilitate the safe continued use of the facilities.
- The works were programmed to allow certain rooms to remain in use and then de-canted to rooms which had been completed.

Scope of Works
Two new build extensions and building alteration works to a community centre used as a nursery. The internal remodelling works involved the creation of new openings and removal of internal partitions and shower/wc facilities on the ground floor. These were remodelled into new areas for an Activity Room Store, Disabled WC, Storage and Wet Play area, Administrative Office extension and Medical Counselling Room.
