Art Contracts Limited has undergone the stringent assessments carried out by Constructionline and has met their pre-qualification requirements appropriate to public and private sector procurement as agreed with the Department of Trade and Industry. Approved work categories and corresponding notation values applicable are:
- Building Refurbishment Work Over £15K - £1,012,500
- Roofing - £2,000,000
- Roofing (Slating/tiling) - £2,000,000
- Building (Social housing) - £1,012,500

Art Contracts Limited has achieved the GOLD standard of accreditation following our successful application. The core to Exor's service is the standard of their independent vetting and accreditation with up to 130 separate checks carried out on each company.

Art Contracts Ltd is an AWM member and has been audited and approved to supply and/or install materials and systems within the Pioneer guarantee scheme and are licensed to introduce Insurance Backed Guarantees. The Pioneer scheme can provide the client with:

- 10 year insurance backed guarantee
- Latent defects guarantees
The Pioneer guarantee is independently insured and is administered by Insurance Brokers who are authorised and regulated by The Financial Services Authority
