Social Housing

Over the years the majority of the social housing work carried out by Art Contracts Ltd has been on occupied dwellings; be it for Local Authorities or Housing Associations. Art Contracts Ltd is able to communicate on all levels and is sympathetic to the concerns that a tenant may have, with many of these being elderly or having young families. Resident liaison is paramount in keeping the community informed of proceedings, and provides an opportunity for welcome feedback. We place a large emphasis on our service levels and our Continual Improvement drive is centred around the attitude and politeness of our staff and operatives, quality, sustainability and how we deal with queries or potential complaints. Upon the completion of every contract a client satisfaction form is sent out as a controlled means of measuring and monitoring such performance.
