We are delighted and proud to be working in our home town Banbury, on two projects for Build! which are funded through Cherwell District Council and Homes & Communities Agency. Calthorpe House, in Banbury town centre is a Design and Build contract for a 4 storey block of 15 affordable homes, and is predominantly of timber frame construction. St. Leonard’s House, generally known as 1 West Street, combines a new 2 storey extension with extensive refurbishment and remodelling works to create 5 flats. These contracts fit perfectly with our localism agenda and engagement with local labour and suppliers.
