The Company operates a policy of effecting continual improvement and change in accordance with developing knowledge and changing environmental requirements. All employees, suppliers and sub-contractors of Art Contracts Limited are aware of the environmental sensitivity of the business sector in which the Company operates, and seek to continually develop the Company’s environmental compliance.

Our aim has to be workmanship of the highest standards and achieving zero defects. Art Contracts Limited is constantly monitoring performance and collating customer feedback as the means to measuring against the very high benchmarks that have been set. As part of this ongoing process Art Contracts Limited has implemented a Quality Management System which has been independently assessed and fully complies to BS EN ISO 9001:2000. Certificate no. It is our duty to protect not only our future, but the future of our children by acting responsibly and doing what we can to protect the environment that we live in. What may seem a trivial issue can have a major impact. This is the reason why Art Contracts Limited has an Environmental Management System in place which has been independently assessed and fully complies to BS EN ISO 14001: 2004. Certificate no. Art Contracts Ltd is an AWM member and has been audited and approved to supply and/or install materials and systems within the Pioneer guarantee scheme and are licensed to introduce Insurance Backed Guarantees. The Pioneer scheme can provide the client with:

  • QA+ audit scheme
  • 10 year insurance backed guarantee
  • Latent defects guarantees


The Pioneer guarantee is independently insured and is administered by Insurance Brokers who are authorised and regulated by The Financial Services Authority
