End of an era 10-12-2012

It doesn’t seem like it, but 5 years have passed since Art Contracts Limited was awarded the Roofing Partnering Contract for East Midlands Housing Association. Initially a 4 year contract, an additional year was added due to the success of the partnership. This Partnering arrangement allowed the relationship between contractor and client to grow throughout this time and we would like to thank John Thornley and David Shaw for their participation in this success. This contract saw residents of East Midlands Housing Association with circa £600,000 of new roofs.
